To get started, please use the Company Code provided in the email during registration. Be sure to register with your Qiddiya work email as this is required for authentication. Without the code and a Qiddiya work email, you will not be able to complete the registration process.
HOW TO MAKE
YOUR ORDER
STEP 1: Download the App
Download the “Jawdat Al Mo'an” App from the App Store or Google Play.
STEP 2: Create an Account
Click the Sign Up button and register your information.
STEP 3: Enter the Company Code
The Company Code required during registration will be sent to you via email.
STEP 4: Select Your Lunch Package
Choose the package that suits your needs.
STEP 5: Schedule Your Meals
Pick the dates when you want your meals delivered.
STEP 6: Choose Your Daily Meals
Browse the menu, select your meals for each day, and submit your order.
STEP 7: Confirm Your Order
Make sure your location is correct, then confirm your order.

How do I download the Jawdat Almo’an App?You can download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. If you cannot find the app, ensure your Play Store country/region is set to Saudi Arabia.

Why should I use the app instead of manual forms?The app streamlines the process, saves time, and ensures better tracking of your orders compared to manual forms.

When will manual forms stop being accepted?Manual forms will no longer be accepted after this week. All meal orders will need to be placed exclusively through the app.

What should I do if the app crashes or doesn’t work properly?Restart the app and ensure you have the latest version installed. If the problem persists, contact support.

What should I do if I can’t proceed past the Allergy Information page?The Employee ID field is optional. You can leave it blank if you don’t want to provide your ID. If you choose to enter your ID, ensure it is correct and unique.

The app is not available in my Play Store. What should I do?Please check your Google Play Store settings and temporarily change your country/region to Saudi Arabia.

I received a message that my account has been created, but I can’t log in. Why?This means your account is not yet active. You need to confirm your phone number by entering the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to you during registration.

I didn’t receive the OTP to confirm my phone number. What should I do?Ensure the phone number you provided is correct. If you still don’t receive the OTP, request it again or contact support for assistance.

How do I place an order using the app?Follow these steps: Download the app. Sign up with your Qiddiya email and Company Code. Select your lunch package. Schedule your meals. Choose your daily meals. Choose your location. Confirm your order.

Can I edit my weekly orders after submitting them?Yes, you can easily view, manage, and edit your weekly orders directly through the app before the cut-off time.

How will I know my order is confirmed?After submitting your order, you’ll see a confirmation message, and you can view it in your “Orders” section within the app.

Why are meals not displaying on the app?Currently, the next week’s menu is available for selection. Moving forward, all meals for the upcoming two weeks will be added every Monday. If meals still don’t display, please contact support.
